I like the blue template one it cool, but you use photoshop to do it? then it is a image not a "website" right? those are very cool tutorial make some more tutorials

If you made it in photoshop it's still a template. You just need to slice it.

I thought like template is like combination of codes that design the layout of a website

yes you first make it in photoshop, then you slice it, and then you code the template in html, and using css getting in all pictures in he right place. I am gonna make a tutorial as fast as I get photoshop installed.
