I suggest you get a logo. It is kinda weird having the default logo on a big site like this.
All you have to do is make a logo with a transparent background and replace
styles/glacier/imageset/glacier_logo.png
with your new PNG image.

To replace it with your new image, go to FileManager in cPanel and go to...
Styles > Glacier > Imageset
and delete the file I posted above and re-upload your logo with the same name and extension.
You may need to edit the size via the ACP.
